Refund and Shipping Policies
Thank you for purchasing a product from Unique Treasures. If it's something you love, most items can be returned unless otherwise noted as Final Sale.
Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of deliver or purchase date (whichever applies).
Condition:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received - used, vintage, or as-is items must remain unaltered, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags or documentation provided (e,.g., certificates of authenticity).
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation or similar proof is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked "final sale", "as-is", or "sold with all faults"
Items damaged by the buyer or showing signs of wear beyond their original condition.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: If eligible, we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: original shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility.
How to Return an Item:
Contact using the form on the uniquetreasures.com to initiate a return and get instructions.
Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and ship it with tracking. We're not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.
Once received and approved, we'll process your refund or credit within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size and destination.

Standard rates start at $5 for small items (e.g. coin sets) and increase for larger/heavier good (e.g. antiques)

Processing Time
Orders ship within 1-5 business days of payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
High -value or custom packed items (e.g. fragile relics) may take up to 7 business days - we'll notify you if there is a delay.
